Why RIM? Is the RIM product right for me?

RIM is a solution! It is the answer to the question; how do I stay on top of it all? How do I keep myself from falling behind, how do I clear my mind of all my to do lists and still remember every little thing that needs to be done?

Are the RIM products customizable?

The smaller (daily planner) product of ours is customizable in a few aspects so that it can be designed based on your daily preferences. Because the large planner is so blank and allowable for you to put what you want in, we’re at this point not customizing the larger planner. The small planner is customizable so that it can be designed for your daily routines, since we know everyones routines are not the same. The large planner allows you to look at your week at a glance and not list your routines, therefor the large planner works as a general calendar while the small planner sets in motion your specific routines!

What happens if there’s an issue downloading the RIM product?

Sometimes technology isn’t our best friend and downloads won't happen as planned. If you’re having an issue downloading a purchased product, please contact us and we’ll get back to you within 36 hours, at the most.​

How do you recommend printing & putting together a RIM planner?

You can print the RIM planners on any paper you choose; we personally love the Hammermill brand Color Copy Digital Cover paper, in 60 pound weight, 100 brightness for color (it is the perfect thickness, so you cannot see writing through when you double-side your pages). Make sure you don’t print on Glossy or Photo Paper, as your pens won’t write as smoothly as they should. When assembling the product, remember to print this planner in Color, Double-Sided, and hole punch for the planner or binder of your choosing. We love the Staples brand Arc hole punch, but you can also use a standard 3-ring hole punch.

I love RIM! When do new calendars come out?

We’re so glad that you love RIM! New calendars come out in late June for July-to-July calendars and late December for January-to-January calendars.

Is the checkout process secure?

Our checkout process uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. SSL is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

 

How do I redeem a discount code?

Within the checkout process you’ll be asked to enter a discount code. If applicable, please enter the unique discount code that you’re so lucky to have and the applicable discount will be applied prior to checkout.

How do you ship RIM products?

The nice thing about the RIM products is that they are instantly downloadable. As soon as the checkout process is complete you'll receive your downloadable RIM product on the confirmation page, as well as in an email. The downloadable link is valid for 30 days from purchase.

I’m not married and don’t have kids, can I have those sections removed from the planner?

For individuals that might not be married, or might not have kids, we’ve gone ahead and created those unique RIM products for you already and they can be seen in our store. If you have any suggestions for other ideas for our RIM products we’d love to hear them from you.

 

What if my ‘lights out’ time is different than 9:10pm? 

There’s no need to worry, because the nice thing about this is that if you purchase the smaller A5 size RIM product we’ll go ahead and customize it for your individual schedule.

 

I purchased the small planner and am now realizing that I wish I’d have got the large planner. Is that possible?

Although we’re excited to hear that you think the large planner is better for you, unfortunately, given the nature of immediate digital content of the Routines in Motion daily planners, we do not offer a refund or credit on any purchase, unless it’s legally required. Please do reach out to us because we’d love to hear why you think you’d wish you had a different product.

Absolutely! Feel free to follow Routines in Motion on both Instagram and Facebook. Please don’t only follow us on social media, but if you’re a RIM user, we’d love to hear from you and see how you use your RIM products.

What if I purchase a RIM product and I don’t like how it works?

Given the nature of immediate digital content of the Routines in Motion daily planners, we do not offer a refund or credit on any purchase, unless it’s legally required. If you feel that RIM isn’t for you, we recommend giving it to a friend or family member to allow them to try it out, because we understand that RIM isn’t going to be for everyone.
